My friend Sharon makes this recipe all the time and she shared it with us when we had Girls Week Out in Florida this past summer.

And here’s my adaptation of it below to make it okay to eat on our ketogenic plan.
Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
serves 4-6 or more!
- 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 bunch of fresh broccoli, chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup Splenda
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Mix vegetables in a large bowl.
- Pour in the dressing and mix.
- Chill until ready to eat.
